ACCA Excellence (Eggcellent) Day
We thought of starting our (ACCA Excellence) Eggcellent Day with Herbal Eggs. It is really nice to fellowship with one another. The Herbal eggs were excellent, an aroma that is pleasing. We got the herbal egg recipe from https://www.allrecipes.com/recipe/51326/chinese-tea-leaf-eggs/ However, we also cheated, by adding additional herbs we bought from a Kedai Ubat. (Sorry we have failed in auditing the herbs as they were just too many kinds)
